  My first time there. They walked me through the menu and I got an acai blue bowl which was wonderful. I loved it.

  This has been one of my favorite sports for a while. The food is quite expensive vs your average place but you are paying for good quality and freshness! I recommend their Khaleesi bowl, it’s soooo good! Also try a sushirito- I get mine without any meat- it’s so good. Matter fact- try the whole menu :)

  Absolutely wonderful! I was traveling for work and so happy to find a healthy spot like this in downtown Raleigh. The staff was kind, and the food was excellent. I had a hot latte made with half whole milk and half homemade coconut milk (delicious!), plus avocado toast and an immunity shot — the perfect way to start the day. This place is a true gem, and I highly recommend it!
