I want to first Acknowledge Air Experts has excellent Customer Service and are focused on helping you with your problem. Yesterday was a crazy day for me as it started with the house not having water. I called Air Experts to help resolve this and they were able to schedule a Plumber, Luiz to arrive between 12-2pm. He arrived around 1pm found my problem, being resin beads had escaped my soft water system and had gone through & blocked my pipes and fittings. I had to call my Sift Water System company to resolve the issue, which they did, however, they could not clear my tankless hot water heater and I had to get an Plumber. I called Air Experts again at 6pm and they were able to schedule Alex for 8-10pm. Alex arrived around 7pm and clear & cleaned my hot water heater. I can’t thank the team at Air Experts enough for yesterday. You are fantastic and do a great job.
Air Experts HVAC technician Tyler was such a nice guy and answered all my questions and fixed the AC issue in our home during these hot summer months in NC in a short time and we had him here on the same day I called. Amazing!!! Most other companies I have used in the past would say sorry it’s going to be a few weeks until we can get someone out to you. Air Experts is beyond a quality company and their customer service is the best in the business in my opinion. I highly recommend this company.

Our unit was making a rattling noise and we were due for one of our seasonal inspections. I called Air Experts and explained what was going on and what we needed. 24 hours later, a technician was ringing the doorbell. Tyler was a fantastic technician. He was friendly and walked me through everything he did when finding and fixing the part that was vibrating. He even showed me what was causing it and allowed me to watch him re secure the loose panel.
For the inspection part, he washed off the unit, gave me a run down of what he checked and what the results were and he went ahead and gave us a new filter. Air Experts has been a great company for us and every technician that has come out has been friendly and up front with us. But Tyler has hands down been the best.
Gabe is terrific! He always is. I request for Gabe and Gabe only. He’s personable, a family man, just a hard worker enjoying his work, his life & his family. He gets it! Gabe shows empathy and true caring when he’s in your home supporting you & diagnosing or doing checkups on your HVAC.
My most recent experience was, there was no air coming from the vents. Nothing! I tried to trouble shoot it myself. Situations like this, especially when we’re in the hottest season of the year… sets you into nervous mode. Gabe immediately started diagnosing the system, he automatically knew what few things to check. It was the blower. Luckily, my system was still in the warranty period. Took him no time to install the new one and my system was back up and blowing cold air! I am very grateful to have Gabe, someone who I feel is a good friend and who I trust in my home. Air Experts is lucky to have him! It’s the people, real people who are the heartbeat of a company! We need more Gabe’s, more real people giving and doing their best to a job. But it also takes good leadership, a cohesive effort from top down. I definitely recommend a Bonus for great employees like Gabe! Thank you, Gabe

I called Raleigh heating and air during a couple week span of 100°+ temps, so you know they were busy! It was a fan that had died within my condenser therefore I had no ac at all. The repairs were under warrant so it was a minimal (diagnosic) expense. What I appreciated here was the open and prompt communication from RH&A. They told me I’d hear before the tech showed up, they sent several confirming texts and followed through with the expectations they set. Once the tech arrived (Travis Webb) the service was great. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within minutes. Travis was kind and courteous! I would recommend RH&A to anyone!
