- ISIndu SharmaAug 31, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. I ordered for both a vegetarian and a non-vegetarian, but the wrong order delivered to me was non-veg.. The delivery agent delivered the wrong order, and shortly after, I received a call from the restaurant informing me of their mistake. When I asked about the next steps, I was shocked by their response. The staff told me it was my responsibility to reach out to the delivery agent and sort it out myself. On top of that, they casually suggested that I could just eat whatever was delivered because the restaurant was closing soon. This is highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable customer service. As a customer, I expect the restaurant to take ownership of their mistake and provide a proper resolution, not leave me to deal with it. I will think twice before ordering from here again and hope they seriously improve their service and customer support.

Every time we order carry out, the portion size is different and in a smaller container than the last. The butter chicken was extremely oily today, and the food was not hot when we got it. Our order was “just ok” the last time and we were hoping it was an off day for them. After our carry out tonight, we won’t be returning.
