    Rainy Water was awesome to work with. We got assigned to them through a home warranty package that came with our house purchase. We had both our water heater and water softener go out this summer. Compared to the plumbing company we were assigned for the water heater replacement a month ago—which was a rough experience—Rainy Water was a breath of fresh air. Easily one of the best home service experiences I’ve had. Super communicative, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Just good people you can trust.

    John and his son came over and replaced our unit ahead of schedule. They also shared a lot of knowledge with me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but them.

    John helped me decide what size water softer I needed. He and his son installed it in a very small small space. I also had John come back and install a drinking what filter system. He had to build a wood mounting system to fit the system in my very small space.
