  Came into the rental office today to ask about storage units because I've never rented before. The lady in the office was very kind and patient as I asked all my questions. Once I am ready to rent in the next month out or two, I will definitely be coming back to talk with her again.

  Daytime ladies hella rude just worried about her cigarette breaks the gate position sucks like you have to get out the car to open it it just I don't know I don't like it I didn't feel good vibes and I don't like the location

  Great customer service! Was very helpful with all my questions and concerns. Facility was nicely maintained and secure.

  Never thought it would happen but we needed a storage unit for a bunch of overflow "stuff". It was a super easy experience renting from Rainier Veiw Storage. Did everything on their website and got the first 2 months for 1/2 price. The place is super clean and has easy access to the rooms. Got the gate code and unit number in an email and went there to find a new lock waiting in the unit. Great experience, the only reason I gave them 4 stars is that the regular price is about double what it should be. They were still about the cheapest place in Silverdale though. Demand is high, so these places can charge what they want. Hoping to move out before the 2 months is up! LoL
