  Allen did a great job of cleaning our Rainbow, but he did much more then clean. He give us a detailed lesson on how to properly maintain and use all the Rainbow features. His expertise and knowledge is incredible. We learned so much from him. Thank you for taking the time to better educate us.

  We are so glad that we found Allen to service our Rainbow. His service was awesome. He clearly outlines and explains everything from how it works to how to keep the machine at its best performance. He was quick and efficient at repairing our ECU and had our vac cleaned, serviced, repaired, and ready to go in a matter of a few days. He even volunteered to come out to our house in Helotes to show how to best operate the system to keep it at its best. I can't say enough good things about this man and his work. I definitely recommend his service.

  Great experience ! I have been using my new Rainbow and am amazed at what has been coming up from my floor and furniture...yuk! I am sooo looking forward to using the aquamate to shampoo the carpets in a few weeks. Couldn't be more pleased
