- KSKrystal ShaverJul 25, 20241.0I have no idea whats going on since the owners retired but this place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. The people answering the phone have no idea about pricing, pools, motor sizes nothing. It took us two weeks to get answers about ordering a pool through them. The new owner ( I belive its the old owners kids) seem to never be there to answer questions. Now that we have ordered a pool that took them a week to order after we have paid we still have no pool and no answers. They will not issue a refund and can not tell me when my pool will be here. Do not go here its not worth the stresss. Only giving one star bc we can't give a zero.
