  The man was very nice and willing to answer all my questions. The reason this is only 4 stars is the explosion of books that makes it look like an unorganized book store instead of a coin shop. There were also not a lot of things on display where there WASNT books. Other than that, I had a great experience.

  A fantastic experience overall. When I visited to explore getting some gold, Will was a super helpful, friendly dude. He's obviously knowledgeable- this is clearly his passion, not just a job. Why 4/5, then? This is subjective, but I found him patronizing. He was SO fixated on being helpful that it made me feel as though he was going to hold my hand when I crossed the street back to my car! This is also something he wants to be an experience. When I came in for a quick exchange, it took almost an hour for him to explain the value of gold as a currency, the differences in liquidity between rounds and coins, The gold standard... so on and so forth. Despite my wife calling me numerous times, hearing my family was waiting for me in a car, I was a business major with a minor in economics... he continued. Will, if you're reading this, I truly value how much passion you put into your work, it's refreshing! I'm sure most patrons will appreciate the effort you've put into making this an approachable business. Keep up the good work!
