  Prompt, efficient, affordable service! Great staff, and very helpful with suggestions about solving roof drainage issues. Our installation of gutter guards, new guttering on one house side, and fixing a pesky drain issue by our back door was done within hours. That evening we had 2 inches of rain, and all worked flawlessly. I highly recommend Rain Flow!

  Had them do my gutters a while ago. Gutters are now sagging and I have exterior water damage. They have become extremely discolored. I already had another company come out and they will do it right this time. Please do your research when using gutter companies. Reviews may look good, but I guarantee you they tell their family and friends to leave them instead of actual clients. Extremely disappointed. Jack is a cool dude otherwise.

  I did not have gutters already on a new house I moved into, and after the month of May, it became very very apparent that I needed them. Judging by Rain-Flow's reviews I had them and a few others come out and quote the work. They came in the cheapest, but at the same time I liked the information they gave me. The warranty and insurance info was an excellent touch that no one else provided. After I put in my order I didn't hear from them in a week. There was no scheduling or call to let me know they were backed up however long. I called them the following week to make sure they still had me on the list. This was a little expected because after May, one can only imagine how busy they were. I didn't hear back from anyone on the first day, but the second time I called back I got confirmation that I was on the list and they had a 1-2 week backlog they were working through. Imagine my surprise when they showed up Friday afternoon and had it done before I got home from work. Not only that, the work was excellent, the quality seems fantastic and the color we chose matches the house perfectly! The only thing that bothered me was that there was a piece of cut gutter in the driveway that must have fallen out as they left. Not a big deal, just hucked it in the trash can. They did an excellent job and I feel like it was worth it and then some! I'd easily recommend them to anyone and know that you won't be disappointed with their quality! Do yourself a favor and go with Rain-Flow Systems.
