  We just bought the cabin of our dreams thanks to Kurtis Klauzer at Rahill. Kurtis was the first and only realtor to return my initial calls looking for a cabin on Zillow. He was responsive, available and great to work with. When it came time to buy he offered 3 great pieces of advice which supported our offer and secured the deal. We looked for four months and he showed us all 18 houses until the final one. We closed in 12 days and he worked hard to get us the best deal. We highly recommend him as your next agent.

  I couldn't have asked for a better Realty Team than Team Rahill and my Realtor, Tarl Wood, to sell my mountain home of 20 years. From the initial meeting, through the listing process and right up to the Close of Escrow, all the Team members were courteous, professional, and competent. Tarl was always accessible and responded quickly with answers to all of my questions. The whole process went smoothly and led to a successful sale of my mountain home. I definitely would use their services again were I to buy or sell property in the Big Bear Lake area.

  Cory Norton of the Rahill Team was the ONLY call I made to quickly sell my Big Bear home. In under 60 days, Cory listed the property, sold it and CLOSED it. I even had MULTIPLE offers! I was very impressed with his skills as a Realtor and the professionalism of his team who worked efficiently and effectively. BRAVO! I'm a happy client!

  I want to give props to Cory Norton - he is a great agent and a good guy! I was looking at Big Bear house listings and had a question about one of them. After submitting question, I got call from Cory (10 minutes after submitting it on Sunday afternoon), and he won me over being very friendly and providing all the information we needed. His big prop is that he's local and grew up and lived in Big Bear most of the time. In addition to that, Cory used to be a firefighter. That helped me to make a decision to start working with Cory and Rahill Tem. Cory took time to learn about me and my wife and what we're looking for and sent us listings matching our search criteria. When we selected several houses we wanted to look at, Cory booked half of the day to drive us around and show those houses. He provided his honest opinion and information about neighborhood but never was pushy or tried to convince us on something we didn't like or couldn't afford. We found our perfect house on that trip and decided to buy 2 month earlier than we initially were going to. Cory was very helpful and supportive through the escrow process that was new to us as first time home buyers. He and his team took care of all documentation, inspection and negotiations on repairs. Paperwork was all electronic and straight forward, and Cory provided explanation for things I didn't fully understand. We closed on the house in time and currently over the roof excited to move in and enjoy our new house. Cory lives close by and I hope we will have a chance to hang out & have some BBQ in our new backyard.

  Brian Atkins was amazing to work with. His attention to details and friendliness made buying our first home a delightful experience. He spend time getting to know us, our likes and dislikes in a house, to help us find the perfect home. I felt comfortable asking questions or for additional explanation regarding the process and received knowledgable answers. I can't recommend Brian and Rahill Team enough.
