- CWC WDec 22, 20241.0New management would rather argue and twist words than resolve. Past management told me I could exchange whenever, because I trusted the old staff I have a pair of jeans with a clear manufacturer defect that I can't wear. Brand, quality and management really went downhill.

Six of us entered the store on the afternoon of Thursday, September 5th at 2pm (ish) and the male employee behind the counter was completely disinterested. When I asked for a different size, he remained on his phone, texting, and showed no willingness to assist. His attitude came across as rude and indifferent. Given that it was a Wednesday, perhaps that contributed to the lack of attention? Rag & Bone, there’s room for significant improvement when it comes to your staff’s professionalism and customer care.
