- AMAntoinette MazzellMay 31, 20251.0Horrible experience at the Manhasset store. So I had to exchange the size of a pair of Miramar for size that were already a replacement pair of pants. When I received the wrong size I was told I can go in store to exchange them. I went in the store with the pants and a receipt. When the store manager Michelle ( btw very rude) did the return it came up as $0. I was just exchanging, not returning. She gave me my receipt for the return clearly saying I didn't get a refund, but the best is she kept my pants!!!!! I'm non confrontational, therefore didnt put up a fight she told me to call customer service and take it up with them. The pants were $189. How is it ok to do that to a customer? I literally left in tears.
