Taking the place of the old Bullwheel, Rafters returns to its namesake roots but with the updated feel and fire of a hometown barbeque bar. Featuring an in-house smoker and regionally sourced meats from Painted Hills beef, Carlton Farms pork and Draper Valley chicken, our slow-smoked, hand-sliced meats match up with a whiskey-heavy cocktail menu plus a deep tap handle selection to wash it down.
They have trashed this longterm establishment. You have to wait in a line for food even if you have a table. Ordering took 45minutes in a line while the rest of the group had to wait at a table. Ordering shouldn't take this long, especially when the food comes out 5 minutes later. It shows the fault is on the ordering system, not the delivery side. No pitchers of beers and you have to leave your table again to order at a different location. Nachos no longer have a real cheese. The ultimates kicker after a linf wait. This place has become the bottom of the barrel. Take your money to the elk.

High priced for poor quality food. Their signature ingredient is smoked brisket which was very dry. Not good!

I hope they improve their food quality for the price they charge otherwise they will be known as a nasty overpriced food place
