I have nothing but good things to say about the service they provide, upfront they clearly told me about other potential problems that could exist outside of just the broken HDMI port and that they wouldn’t know until they opened it up and put the new port in. They were very honest about the wait time and communication was clear and consistent through the repair. After Radioactive finished working on my PS5 the HDMI port works and it is running perfectly. I highly recommend having them work on your devices.
