  It is very rare to find a person , let alone a GC, that does what they say they are going to do, and does it. Eric and his team did just that. They were on time every day , worked a full day , neat, and the work was meticulous. My project was small , and they treated it like it was huge. If you are considering a home renovation. I would suggest reaching out to Eric and his team. Ken

  Radical Renovations came to us highly recommended, and we were and are extremely happy with our primary bath renovation. We had a terrific experience with the entire RR team from conception to finished project, and were impressed with the professionalism, communication, and timeliness of everyone with whom we interacted. We have not only recommended them to others, but look forward to working with Eric and his team on future projects.

  I found Radical Renovations by way of IG. I figured that they must have a good reputation if a professional designer shared their collaborative work. We worked with them on several house updates and Eric was so thorough in the breakdown of costs and navigating our budget that we were able to complete multiple rooms at once. His team was neat, responsive, and easy to work with. I've gone on to hire Eric and his team for projects at my office as well. Previously I struggled with getting contractors to follow up, call back, etc, etc but this has never been the case with Eric. I will continue to work with them on future projects!

  Cannot recommend Radical Renovations highly enough. We had a big job, turning our garage into a new bedroom / movie theatre. The RR team did very well, handling all the inevitable unexpected problem with ease. The job was on budget and our final result is excellent! They also did several other jobs around the house, replacing a large window, and re-designing our laundry room and home WiFi network. My wife and kids no longer complain about the internet! That alone was worth the work. Before and after renovation shots attached.

  My wife and I bought a house in Bryn Mawr in an estate sale that had many issues (structural, plumbing, electrical, etc.). We chose Radical Renovations after carefully reviewing and interviewing a number of design-build firms in the area, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Eric and his team at Radical Renovations were meticulous and thoughtful in working through our project, which included a major addition, new kitchen, new bathrooms, and basically a complete gut-renovation and modernization of the existing house. They creatively incorporated much of the charm of the existing home into the finished product while building in all the premium finishes and smart home features of a modern, custom-built home. And most importantly, when surprises came up throughout the project (which is inevitable in a big project in an old home like ours), we didn't have to worry because Eric and his team had the knowledge and experience to work through them seamlessly. If you're looking for a contractor with a high level of integrity and attention to detail, and someone you can trust to do your project the right way and do it well, then I cannot recommend anyone more highly!
