No customer service. 27 phone calls. And some of the strangest excuses. Completely messed up my life insurance. Given that feeling you're being feed some line. Rachel said she would definitely call me on Friday. She did not.

If there is an option to give 0 star I would select it. This is the worst state farm office in Toledo. I make my payments for them at once but two times they canceled my insurance after i made Mt payment in a month or so. The first time I did not knew about it till its time for renewal and they told me you don't have insurance with us it's canceled because there was 10$ dollar balance which is not. The second time they told me you called and asked to cancel this what one of the employee In the office told the agent but they never found the records of the call.
Rachel rarely comes to the office and the lady in the front desk so rude and she does not know what she is doing . Keep away of this office
I used to be their customer for about 4 years but I did not have the time to take Care of changing my insurance or deal with it. But I lost the trust since they canceled my insurance twice and they never appreciated the fact that I Pau them in advance and in full

This office was so welcoming and helpful! As my niece had passed away from COVID, I was named the administrator on her estate. They helped me every step of the way, getting the insurance taken care of . I would highly recommend them.
