Pésimo servicio .. la manager este día me trató muy mal hasta con insultos refiriéndose a mi perfil racial .. pasó un mal entendido con la menbresia y removió el sticker solo por que no estaba a mi nombre y no lo devolvió cuando siempre hemos lavado mi auto y el del dueño de la cuenta que se paga .

Service is bad, vacuums do not have enough suction, there isn’t any towels to dry the car with when is does have a place where we can get them !

The Raceway Car Wash I goto in Santa Ana is probably one of the worst I've ever been to. They never Supply towels in the bins you always have to leave your vehicle and go to the office to retrieve a towel. If I continue to stay here in Newport Beach I'm probably going to cancel my membership if things don't change
