  I’ve been a member here, but today’s experience was beyond frustrating. A short-haired woman working the front was holding up the entire line while signing someone up and completely blocking the unlimited membership lane. She also wouldn’t let cars go through the other line, even though the wash was completely empty. At one point there were about eight cars waiting while nothing was happening. It honestly felt like a power trip, and it made no sense to hold paying members hostage like that. Poor customer service like this really makes me question whether continuing my membership is worth it.

  Love this place.. always and in and out friendly experience. Only downfall is the towel bins are always empty and you have to walk to the employees and request some.

  Had a membership for multiple years. The cost has gone up over the years, but it's still a reasonable price. This location doesn't pre spray the car before you go into the rollers like the vault fontana location, though. (You have to ask. And sometimes its too late by the time you get someone's attention. The Fontana location does it everytime no questions asked) In years past, there was always at least one thing broken or not working. Does seem that at least its been up and running at 100% more this past year, so far anyway. Also, the top car wash used to come with a micro fiber in the little car wash kit bag they gave you. They dont do that anymore despite having raised the prices this year.

  I am already a member time, my membership always payment 29.95 today appears in charge of 34.95 I get to its page and see 22.95 and 29.95 what happens with that?
