  I pay for the grand champion wash every month and to arrive at 7 am and not get towels that are properly washed and stunk horrendously is beyond me. Do better guys and gals

  Derek is awesome! He hooked us up with a rad upgrade because I had my kids with me and we got to see all the colors go over the car—man, it was fun! Tons of features at the end, too—vacuums and towels and air nozzles and glass wipes and dash wipes…so good! My kids got to work, and they were working so well together that I just went with it and we cleaned the whole car like maniacs. Next time we need a family activity, we’re coming here!

  I asked for the car wash I wanted and the attendant tried to upsell me 8 times. The upselling literally lasted longer than the car wash. I understand once or twice, anything more is rude and terrible customer service. Instead of upselling me, you lost a long-time customer. Never going here again. Congrats.

  Attendants consistently fail to listen to what you want. I consistently have to tell them five (five!) or more times I don't want the upsell. I avoid this car wash unless I absolutely have to. I would recommend going to a car wash that just pays its employees instead of putting them on commission.

  The manager who’s like 4 foot 3.. approached me to tell me I was not allowed back because I used a free car wash… all while he smelled like weed. All the employees were smoking staring at me while he was trying to come up with a story of how he thinks I’m stealing. Zero customer service skills, and making allegations to a customer is outrageous. Maybe hire staff that aren’t stoned trying to piss off the community. Do better.
