- RMRebecca MasonAug 14, 20251.0This location needs to just go ahead and change their hours bc they are not open 24 hours. They close at random times with paper signs on both doors. I'ts gotten so bad recently that I drive the extra minute down to the QT that is much cleaner and always open as advertised. Tonight I stopped by for a couple 2 liters and while I was finishing up lo and behold they were putting closed signs up. One of the employees even went as far to yell into the men's restroom at someone using the facility to "Hurry it up. We are trying to close" If I had been in the restroom myself I would intentionally take longer bc that's actually ridiculous. On top of that they are almost out of multiple things or close machines down early like the swirlworld and the coffee machines. They aren't open 24 hours. They are open when it's convenient for the employees not the customers

- WJWes JonesMay 31, 20252.0I go here all the time the coffee is excellent, the vast majority of the associates are very polite, but weekends are always tricky. They have a promotion for a power drink buy two get one free it does not ring up properly in the associate cannot explain to me why when there's a sign that clearly says what the promotion is rather than make the mathematical adjustment I was told that they have to wait until they see the manager or general manager during the weekday to explain why I did not ring up as advertised. Highly disappointing
