  I had a very difficult divorce. I hired another attorney first and her firm screwed up a protection order hearing so bad I knew I needed help. Bob came very highly recommended and now I see why. I met with him and was impressed by how frank and honest he was. My situation meant there was a good chance I would have to sell my house and business to be able to come to a settlement agreement. Bob helped me take the emotion out of the process and treat it as a business transaction, which is really what divorce is, and make logical and fair arguments to begin making progress. He and Michelle help my hand through the process and made sure to explore all the options. We came to a fair custody agreement for my kids and ex. In the end, I was able to keep my house and my business and begin my new life. I recommend Bob and Michelle to anyone who has to go through this, it will be 10 times harder without them.   I whole heartedly disagree with the review below. . Mr. Clothier was nothing but professional both in and out of the courtroom. He worked with me diligently to get me through a rather messy custody hearing. I can't say I'm surprised with Ms. Peters assessment since she is my ex-husband's new wife.
