They completely dropped off the face of the planet when we were waiting for a part in late 2022 and then when we contacted them in October 2023 they assured us they were ordering the part and it would be fixed quickly. The part has come in “wrong or broken” THREE TIMES and they refuse to communicate in any productive way even when WE call to get an update. IF YOU’RE THINKING ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SORT OF FIREPLACE NEEDS….DO. NOT.
