  Wouldn't recommend, if i could give them zero stars i would 2nd time in a row they never showed up to fix ice maker that out management company called them to fix . The first time they canceled 1 hr before they were supposed to be at out address now today no phone calls nobody answered there phones . The 2nd Saturday we wasted waiting for these people. Awful customer service go with ron hammes or another certified place that will actually show up and do there job they were getting paid for. I call it a scam......

  Called to have a problem with my leaky washing machine diagnosed but after they asked me how old my machine was (10 plus years) they told me it was wiser to invest in a new one. Really respect and appreciate their honesty. I feel like they had my best interest in mind. Thanks again!

  Pat and Eli arrived on time and ready to go! They were professional, polite, and considerate of my home. Noisy dryer pulley assembly repaired in less than 20 minutes! What a great team! Price is very fair for the quality and speed of work completed! I highly recommend this team and will be calling on these professionals again in the future should the need arise.

  I called yesterday late in the afternoon about servicing my LG refrigerator and didn’t expect a call back until the next day. But to my surprise, I got a call that evening from a lady named Deb who I believe is the owner. She was so knowledgeable and helpful to me about my refrigerator and actually knew more than the tech support when I called the LG hotline. She didn’t not recommend repair service as she felt that it would cost me too much and that it might be better to just get a new refrigerator. So while I can’t comment on the quality of their repair service, their customer service was excellent. I will certainly keep them in mind when I have trouble with any of my other appliances.
