Matt and Nick went above and beyond to remove links from two watch bands for my mother. As an elderly person with mobility issues, she relies on expandable bands and couldn’t find anyone in her small town in Wisconsin to help fit them to size. We brought the bands in to R.F. Moeller and Matt and Nick were happy to help and had them ready in no time! We’re so grateful for their help and kindness.

Professional and friendly service from a Jeweler that has a $200,000,000 ring available for purchase. A business that combines classiness while being a helpful resource for the local community. Extra note: They offer jewelry repair, and are known to have the best, and most expansive, repair services within the state of Minnesota. Mike Mellin is the Senior Sales Executive responsible for garnering this glowing review

I had the pleasure of meeting Debra Shol, a sales associate at RF Moeller jeweler in St. Paul Minnesota. Debra was incredibly knowledgeable regarding the watches that her company offered and was equally attentive in addressing my needs as a new client. My encounter with her was non-competitive, warm and without a high-pressure sales pitch. During my visit, she even gave me a tour of the jewelry/watch repair facility, which was equally impressive. Deborah, thank you for the experience. You made a new client.

I walked into R.F. Moeller fully expecting to get the polite smile that says, “Nice try, but this is all costume jewelry.” Instead, Will made me feel completely at ease and turned what I thought would be embarrassing into an experience that was actually fun. It even took me two trips to sell everything — not because Will missed anything, but because I was convinced I’d already pulled the “good stuff” the first time. Spoiler: I had not. Thanks to his encouragement, round two was just as rewarding. The best part, though, was having my mother-in-law’s wedding ring resized. It came back so stunning! Will also let me try on what felt like the entire store’s worth of bands until I found the one. Honestly, it was like a mini royal fitting — except with way better jokes. Will has that rare combo of expertise, kindness, and perfectly-timed humor that turns what could’ve been an awkward chore into something I’ll never forget. If you’re staring at a pile of inherited jewelry thinking it’s not worth the trip, trust me: it is. And more importantly, go see Will.

Update: Will was wonderful! I hit my knuckle months ago and have not been able to get my wedding ring off. With our son's upcoming wedding, I wanted to have my wedding ring resized, cleaned, and the stones checked. I had been putting off having the ring cut off for months! I called Will and he was very friendly and reassuring. I went in the next day and he cut the ring off. We had to make three cuts in order to get the ring over the enlarged knuckle! Will said they would expedited the cleaning and resizing of my ring so that I would have it back in time for our son's wedding. Wonderful! Or so I thought. A week had passed and the day my ring was supposed to be done, I still had not heard anything from RF Moeller. Good thing I called. She said "we'll have your repair estimate ready for you by the end of the day." I said, "you're just getting to the repair estimate now? The ring was supposed to be completed today!" They had not even started. And, the lady I spoke with said it would be a few more weeks before the ring was ready! I wonder what would've happened had I not been proactive in reaching out to them. Long story short, they got the ring sized and we picked it up an hour before they closed for the long holiday weekend. I was shocked at the disconnect between having a promised completion date for a very important event, and the fact that they had not even prepared a repair estimate yet. At the end of the day, they did good quality work. My advice, if you take something in, allow for a lot of extra time!
