I’ve bought every appliance I’ve owned for the past 20 years from Brooks and wouldn’t think of buying anyplace else. The service is great. They even sent someone on Christmas Eve within an hour of my call The service people are kind, efficient, professional, and honest—not trying to sell me something I don’t need.

I have never been in the physical store. I have purchased two washing machines, two freezers and a refrigerator. Just give them the dimensions and what you are looking for. Perfect service
