My first phone call to get information about an auto loan was pretty painful. The woman put me on hold everytime I had a question. It was a 15 min call to cover 3 questions. Guess this is what you sacrifice for a lower rate. Too much of a red flag at the start

I applied for a car loan - refinance was told I was approved by Irina - and my precious car loan is still going thru nothing has happened just like I didn’t even apply there. I gave all the paper work, left voice messages, email messages, texts and no call back no emails this has been going on for over one month - ridiculous. No one has called me back to tell me what’s going on????? What kind of place does that????

I have been a member for about two years. I visit either the Quincy or Braintree branch weekly. Once I was inquiring about loans, the woman named Sonya (Quincy) was absolutely wonderful, she was kind and very knowledgeable in answering all my questions. The tellers are all nice and respectful. The Quincy branch tellers are more apt to giving short happy conversation.

Since they have been taken over by Velera the customer service has been horrible, I have been with them for thirty years. Have not received a credit card statement in six months and have inquired several times about it and get the brush off with “yeah we’ve been hearing that from a lot of customers, just keep checking with us, we’re working on it”. Are you kidding me? As big of a hassle as it would be I am just about to take my business elsewhere. Phone customer service is an overseas call center and there is a huge language barrier. They don’t care about their customers anymore!
