Member services were very helpful and the funds that were withdrawn through fraud were put back in my account in a timely manner. Thanks to everyone at QCU.

- SKSee KayAug 7, 20251.0Update about four years later: BEWARE!! Quincy Credit Union is more terrible than I can describe. After all of the headaches that they put me through, including screwing up my entire AC installation, they have continued to plague me with their incompetence for the following three almost 4 years. For a while, I couldn’t even get into my account due to an IT error on their part. Quincy Credit Union itself gave me the runaround in a 6 to 7 email long thread, claiming that I was making the mistake.. their IT team gave a completely different story. Their IT team explained that it was due to a backend error that they had to fix and then called me back in a couple of days when it was fixed. Nothing like gaslighting your customers to show that you really care about them right? It gets better. Over the course of not being able to get into my account, they kept telling me to refer to my paper statement. Guess what? I’ve never received a single paper statement from them. The incompetence is breathtaking. Honestly I’ve never seen a Google review page for a bank that looks this bad. And that saying something for banks. Just a garbage institution. Stay away! This review was originally for the Quincy location, but since they are a chain, I feel it is important to warn people everywhere regardless of which town you find them in. I doubt the incompetence can be localized to a single branch. I think it’s much more likely that it would be a systemic problem. So don’t walk, run away from Quincy Credit Union. They are the absolute worst.
