  Awful service. Super unfriendly and talked badly about the company as he stated they should not have scheduled me. Was informed of no money up front and was charged when I was there. Called the company and they apologized and provided a refund. Do not trust these bums.

  The service was so bad, I missed my service appointment, I called back every number I had for 2 days but no one answered the phone. While the device is locked within 3 days of the appointment. I went to the office twice on Monday, the office was closed, while on Google map it was open.

  Terrible Sevice!!I got a call on a Sunday saying that I missed an appt, fair enough the lady that called said to just come in the following day so when I went out to my car the following morning it was on a permanent lockout!! Which the lady who called never advised me of a lockout so I was late for work which resulted in me losing money and having to deal with my boss there was no one there to assist me I had to wait 3 hours for someone to help me as I was on the verge of getting a corrective action with my job they were helpless! A tech from the company called to tell me there was nothing he could do and hung up on me, so at this point I would highly recommend to go somewhere else that has more structure these people do not care about anyone's well being or livelihood. They have office people calling to tell you how you missed an appointment but failed to tell me that my vehicle would be locked when I try to go to work the next day which is a major problem with me.
