- OSOrlando SanchezAug 1, 20251.0Check your billing if you’re getting an interlock device. When I got mine installed, I was told the installation was free and that I’d get the first 30 days free. But within the first two weeks, I was charged twice — totaling $307.34. When I called customer service, they admitted it was an error and said they’d filed a report. I was told I’d receive an email about the refund within two days, but I’ve received nothing. Now, every time I try to call back, I’m stuck on hold for over an hour. It’s unacceptable to advertise “free install” and “free 30 days” and then charge over $300 with no proper resolution. Make sure you double-check your billing history — this kind of thing shouldn’t be happening.
