- SSShae StrachanSep 25, 20251.0Don’t be fooled by the glossy responses or staged testimonials. Our experience with Quenzel was the exact opposite of what they advertise. They “rebuilt” the same website design we had already created and then presented it as if it were their own work. There was no innovation, no forward-thinking strategy, and no real value added. To make matters worse, their own company website looks like its from the 90's , which says a lot about their design capabilities. When we asked for administrator access to the website we had paid for, instead of working with us professionally, they hung up the phone. That kind of treatment is, in my opinion, completely unprofessional and disrespectful. EDIT: Quenzel continues to point to Jaimee Thompson as justification, even though she was no longer authorized to make decisions for Abby Services. In reality, Quenzel refused to provide admin access to the website Abby Services paid for, leaving us dependent on them until the very last day of service termination to receive any files. That’s not collaboration, that’s control. After posting my experience here, Quenzel sent me a cease-and-desist letter demanding that I take down this review. Rather than addressing the issues, they attempted to silence my feedback. In my view, sending legal threats to reviewers can be a tactic to discourage honest criticism. I think potential clients should know this before deciding whether to work with them. If you want an agency that values transparency, originality, and professionalism, look elsewhere. Based on my experience, Quenzel overpromises, underdelivers, and shuts down communication when challenged.
