I would not recommend this GMC dealer to anyone. I found a Yukon Denali Ultimate on Cars.com and was told twice over the phone by the sales rep that the car would be ready for me. When I arrived, she handed me off to the sales manager, who then told me that “high-quality cars like that only go to the owners or the owner’s sons.” Unprofessional, misleading, and a complete waste of my time. It was a hour drive each way for me ….

Buying a vehicle is both stressful and exciting at the same time. If you want someone who is going to be straight up and honest with you while buying a new car, then go with Julio. Julio made it an easy decision. As long as you know what you want, Julio can find a way to make it happen. If not, there's always an alternative and he can find one of those too! This review is for used not new. Your used sales department is horrible. My daughter bought a truck from you and it was a lemon, non stop issues, she could not deal with it anymore and traded it in for a brand new buick. Much better experience dealing with them than the used car sales crooks. They new about all the issues she was having with her truck and they still put it up for sale and sold it. We talked to someone there and they said that the truck has had non stop issues and is not even drivable, and it was a truck for 20k plus. These people did not care that the truck was a lemon with nonstop issues, they still sold it and now the new owner is screwed like my daughter was.

es la peor experiencia que he tenido con esta compañía desde el momento que compre mi carro, agregre una garantía extendida para cubrir todo, el dia que la use no arreglaron mi problema y mi carro continuo con el problema inicial, regrese por la garantia en 1 semana y ellos me pedian que volviera a pagar el deducible nuevamente, tuve que ir a la oficina para buscar ayuda pero la verdad no te ayudan lo suficiente, lo siento por algunos trabajadores que quiza intentan ayudar algunos clientes pero la verdad tuvimos muy mala suerte con el servicio. Pesimo, recibo mi carro con el sensor de la presion del aire de las llantas encendido, ni eso pueden hacer como cortesía. incluso les mencioné todo lo que lei en las noticias de lo que la gente se queja de ellos, pero simplemente no les importa. y Para terminar jamas me hicieron un reembolso de mi dinero de unas placas. aqui en mi comentario esta mi nombre, la agencia tiene mis datos y mi número de teléfono, si alguien tiene dudas de lo que estos escribiendo se pueden contactar conmigo y enfrente de mi pueden decir lo que gusten. Fui ahi pensando que era una compañia seria no buscando precios bajos, esperaba calidad pero tristemente no fue asi.
This is the worst experience I've had with this company since I bought my car. I added an extended warranty to cover everything. The day I used it, they didn't fix my problem and my car continued to have the same problem. I came back for the warranty within a week and they kept asking me to pay the deductible again. I had to go back to the office for help, but the truth is they don't help enough. I feel sorry for some of the workers who may be trying to help some customers, but the truth is we had very bad luck with the service. Terrible. I received my car with the tire pressure sensor on, they can't even do that as a courtesy. I even mentioned everything I read in the news about what people are complaining about them, but they simply don't care. Finally, they never refunded me my money for some license plates. My name is in my comment, the agency has my information and my phone number. If anyone has questions about what I'm writing, they can contact me and in front of me they can say whatever they want. I went there thinking it was a serious company, not looking for low prices, I expected quality, but sadly it wasn't like that.

Buyers beware! They allowed me to conduct a vehicle inspection on a used vehicle as a contingency for purchase. An independent mechanic highlighted that the front brakes were almost completely worn out. After being made aware of the situation, they stated that they would not replace the brakes, as the vehicle was being sold as is. Most mechanically inclined people are aware that the majority of a vehicle's braking power comes from the front brakes, and for them to ignore this safety aspect is highly concerning. I also learned that the vehicle had been sold at auction five times in the last three months, which is another red flag, as dealers typically only do this when the vehicle will not pass their inspections. Get your vehicles inspected!!!
