- APAmanda PageMay 29, 20255.0I purchased my Aqua Pro sand filter last year and this year I went to hook everything up and it wouldn’t work I was so disappointed I was going to have to buy another one. I went into the store and the gentleman knew I had purchased mine from them last year and I explained I needed a new one. He could have easily sold me a new $330 pump but nope! He took me over to a floor model and explained to take this cap off and told me to try manually rotate the fan because they can get stuck sometimes….no kidding it worked and took 3 min!!! There’s good people and customer service still out there. THANK YOU for saving me so much money. This place is amazing and definitely looking out for the customer.

I had a full-on panic moment when I went to check my hot tub before my Airbnb guests check in on Friday and found it almost empty. After calling a couple of places, I decided to go with Quality Pool and Spa, and I’m so glad I did! They sent someone out right away, which was a lifesaver. Joe, the technician, was phenomenal! He quickly diagnosed the issue, took care of it, and even shared some incredibly helpful tips and tricks to help me maintain my hot tub better. I was blown away when he told me he’d be taking my filter to clean at no charge—I had no idea they offered that kind of service! He also walked me through other service options they provide, which was super helpful. The pricing was extremely reasonable, and the service was above and beyond. I am officially a customer for life! Thank you, Joe, for turning a stressful situation into such a great experience. Highly recommend Quality Pool and Spa to anyone in need of top-notch service!
