- OHOliver Tuesta Hurtado4 days ago1.0Staff was very unprofessional, I got here earlier and told me to come back in an hour, came back after the hour and they told me to come back 30 min later, which I did, and once they gave me a door, they told me that somebody will come back to check my seal number, but then they took another 30 minutes. The funny thing is that they kept saying that they were fully booked and all I saw was a bunch of people hanging in the lobby and all the docks were empty without a single truck… usually things like that happened where they are actually busy and working, but not here. Be sude of things like that I got late for my next pick up…

Staff is very polite and helpful especially at the checkpoint and also the driver’s washrooms are very clean. From my side 5 stars more as they offloaded my truck in 25 minutes after I got the dock #45. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I looked at it again and clearly it was the original. Then he starts telling me that the seals are not cut here and automatically I tell him if you don't tell me I can't know, and that there are signs that say it, I tell him if I give you a paper in your hand and you don't see that the seal number is correct, how do you expect me to see signs when everything is full of signs, well in the end he told me that there were 2 damaged boxes. Anyway, when you come here, don't cut your seals and take a picture of the trailer before parking it at the door. Terrible work by that man and that is how companies start to fall because of people like that.
