You don’t get greeted when you come in & they just leave you standing there until they get ready to take your order. She kept rolling her eyes for no apparent reason & the guy that was making my burrito didn’t seem very nice either. As he made my burrito he was just throwing the food onto the burrito & I asked is there a problem because they seemed so mad like they didn’t want to be there. The girl then looked up at me talking to him & continued to roll her eyes & mumbling under her breath & shaking her head. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced & they will never get another dollar from me or my family!

Upon bringing this to the staff’s attention, we were told that a refund could not be issued. This is unacceptable, and the mistake occurred due to a lack of focus and rushing in the kitchen.
