I mean this 100% truthfully this is objectively one of the better qdobad I've been to in grand rapids. Everytime I go the workers are always friendly they're always timely with how quickly they get the food done, the managers are also very friendly and it's always very nice coming here and getting food. While I don't stay and eat here often the times I have the atmosphere in the restaurant was always very nice and chill which I will always appreciate. Not to mention that I've never had a time where the portions they gave were subpar which other qdobad seem to struggle with. All in all a very good qdoba I recommend highly.

Arrived 10 minutes after placing my order and after waiting with 7 other people on pickup orders for 8 minutes I asked if anyone was working on to go orders at all. Because NO ONE WAS! And 12 minutes AFTER my max scheduled pickup window 4 depends people that had walked on 5 minutes or more AFTER I arrived hard paid for their food and were eating. AFTER 19 MINUTES WAIT IN STORE I LEFT. Because by the time I left ONE PERSON OF THE NOW 9 PEOPLE WAITING HAD GOTTEN THEIR FOOD. Yet they had served 12 people in the line. They can throw my huge order of 1 tortilla soup away as my lunch break was over. And they weren't understaffed as they were able to push out in store orders. This visit even beats the Alpine store and they are one of the WORST Qdobas I've EVER been to. Because they KNOW they're terrible but will at least communicate with you about how little they care about you.
