Everyone seems to be in a fun and friendly mood every time I’ve had the pleasure to stop by. For example, the employees rushed out to me at my vehicle because I hadn’t noticed that I was missing a part of my online order. They were gracious and polite about it too, going out of their way to ensure I had everything. David, the GM of this location, made sure to see that I was pleased with my order and service, and even threw in a complementary dessert. I have nothing but compliments for this team. Highly recommended! It’s hard not to smile when I visit.

We are as good as our leadership, and Don really amplifies it. The initial point of contact made me feel extremely welcome and valued, demonstrating a level of kindness that exceeded expectations. Showed up a few mins after pick up time and it was all jokes and not acknowledging customers in line. After about 10 mins they asked what I was there for and it turns out they didn't even see my order had printed and it wasn't ready, 30+ mins after ordering. Meanwhile a DoorDash driver who went to the wrong location and showed up after me was priority - manager immediately peeled off to call the other location and cancel so they could make his order ahead of mine... After all that, the food was pretty mediocre. Oh, and I ordered nachos and it came with no chips. It was literally a bowl of toppings. I don't understand. My friend's taco salad did not come with the crunchy bowl. Suspicious amount of good reviews last few weeks - don't believe them. This place is garbage.
