  This was my first time experiencing Qdoba, and I have to say this was a wonderful experience. The employees were so kind and helpful. Guiding my sister and I through the best meal options from the menu, to get drinks, and a clean atmosphere. The food was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed the warmth from the employees and the entertaining music that was playing over the speakers. The bathrooms were clean and comfortable as well. 10/10 we will be returning to this exact location. Shoutout to the wonderful team members we encountered; Lanee’, Evan, and Jade. Even the cook Viney!

  I’m not sure what’s happened to the quality at these places lately. I made a pact to only eat at restaurants with 4 stars or higher, but every time we break that rule, we end up regretting it. The food here was a huge disappointment ….bland, poorly made, and not worth the price. Definitely not the Qdoba experience I remember.

  I literally just had the worst customer service experience ever. A woman in a black shirt, im assuming might be the manager literally just threw my bowl together and when putting the lid on the sloppily made bowl didn't fit all she said was "its something wrong with the lid" and walked away. So did I. I've been coming since this location opened. I've never been treated this way. The rice was already over cooked. I love this place so I said I guess. As im telling her what I want she keeps cutting me of and just slopping the food in the bowl. Since I been going there someone always tears the big chunky lettuce up and she says im not. Her attitude was very nonchalant. She said you want me to throw it away? Like where did you learn manners. The store wasn't even busy. No one was around me and it was a few people in the restaurant eating. I won't stop eating there because the food is great, but I will avoid going there when I see the heavy set woman with black hair behind the counter.

  I went here yesterday with my friends, and I ordered a bowl with chicken. Instead, I was given steak, there was a glob of guac that I didn't ask for, and the food was only slightly warm. After just a few minutes of eating, it was already cold. (I ate in the restaurant, and not even five minutes later everything was cold). It all tasted great, just wish I got my correct protein and that it was warmer. To make it even better, my friend's birthday was just a few days earlier and she catered from here. You'd think that a place that doesn't sell fish products wouldn't have cross contamination? Wrong. One of my friends at the party was allergic to shell fish, and somehow there was cross contamination that caused him to have an allergic reaction. If you go here, double check your order and be wary of cross contamination.

  Portion sizes are a little bit light for the cost of the bowls and the small bag of chips you could at least fill the bag up for the cost. Food tasted good though. Workers were not so friendly. Thought I would give it a second chance but it turned out worse! Workers still not friendly and very rude with service! Counter where food goes down was filthy with other food. Asked for a bag since I had 2 bowls 2 bags and a burritto to go and was told they were out of them but I saw some on the back counter and asked for one but was told they were for online orders only but I said Iam a paying customer too! Still was told no and that someone was going to get bags now so I said then I can get one since they will be coming back with some then still told no! I then said again I would appreciate a bag please to carry all my stuff out! Finally she asked someone in the line if she could give me a bag and she said just give her one. All this being said in front of all the other customers just asking for a bag! She then proceeds to get a bag and set it by the register and continued with the next customer and didn’t even bother to put any of my stuff in the bag as she made me do it!!! Not to mention I didn’t even get my chips that I had a card for chips and guacamole. What a complete disappointment on how you guys handled the situation. Should have never gave the second chance!!! I advise everyone else think twice before even giving it a chance!
