- CHColin HillisSep 24, 20251.0By far worst experience I’ve ever had at a Qdoba. One person was working while I was in. I had to stand in line for 20 minutes before I was helped. When only two people were in front of me. Protein portion was small I paid the extra 4 dollars for double protein and got another half scoop. The person helping me had no clue what anything was and kept having to refer back to the menu obviously a new hire. When I went in to order the habanero lime steak they were out and asked if I’d wait for them to make more instead of being prepared and making more before they ran out. When I went to pay I tried using cash the employee had to ask help on how to take cash once the other employee came back up front. Staff was very unfriendly and you could tell they had received poor training. Whoever the manager is clearly could care less about the success of this franchise location. Sad to see a new Qdoba location doing so poorly.

- MMMAug 3, 20252.0Went in soon after opening, and was really displeased. We ordered shredded pork, got beef that wasn’t shredded enough to eat in nachos and also included a large hunk of fat. Asked for salsa verde and got some kind of creme? Atmosphere: air conditioning appeared to not be on. It’s 75° outside right now and it was hotter inside the building. About 10 minutes after ordering we went to eat and the food wasn’t even hot, it was room temperature at best. Portions were also small (normally nachos last 2-3 servings for us and it was only 1). Super disappointed; QDOBA is usually consistently good quality but not at this new location.
