I don’t even know where to start—what a mess of a visit. First off, they were out of their signature "Cholula chicken." I had to settle for the regular chicken, which was pretty disappointing already. Then, as we moved down the line, I told the worker I wanted mild queso. What did she give me? Spicy. I don't even know how that happens, especially when I made it clear what I wanted. But the worst part? They were out of half the toppings! No corn, no fajitas (peppers and onions), and—get this—no guacamole! How are you going to be out of basic ingredients and still charge me full price for a subpar meal? It’s honestly ridiculous. I won’t be coming back. What’s the point of paying for a custom burrito if half the stuff you want is unavailable? Total waste of money. If you can’t keep your ingredients stocked, maybe rethink your business model. 👎

Convenience of being close by is just about the only reason I continue to come to this location but now I’m feeling like it’s no longer worth it. EVERY TIME I order they give smaller and smaller portions. I just ordered and I kid you not the young man sprinkled a bit of rice and even less beans. It’s like the employees are having the cost of items personally being taken out of their checks or something. Who is telling them to serve like that???

I regularly visit Qdoba Mexican Eats, but I’ve noticed a consistent decline in portion sizes over time, even when I pay for double meat. Each visit seems to offer less food than the last, which is disappointing given the additional cost. As a loyal customer, I hope the restaurant will address this issue and ensure portion sizes match what is advertised and expected.

Spent $30 on two quesadillas and a couple sodas. Definitely does not match the value provided. You’re better off putting that money to eating at a sit down restaurant or getting fast food elsewhere. Another criticism was the employees, specifically the cashier, were unwelcoming and seemed to be agitated at every customer. No matter how polite you were it didn’t help her disposition. In short: another penny pinching fast food chain that increases its prices while reducing its food and service quality. A seemingly more frequent occurrence nowadays.

Lack of professionalism in this place. Some employees are just not happy to be there at all, i get you are tired but customer service is important. The food is alright but the employees just kill the vibe
