I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience I had at your location earlier today. I frequently visit this Qdoba on my lunch break from Marshalls, which is in the same strip, because I enjoy taking time to sit down, eat, and relax during my short break. Unfortunately, today’s visit was anything but that. From the moment I walked in, the energy felt low and uninviting. The employee at the counter was distracted by her phone, which was sitting next to her, and didn’t acknowledge me until the manager said “hello” to get her attention. When I started placing my order, I asked about the mango pico de gallo, and the employee abruptly said they didn’t have it. Before I could ask for a light amount of regular pico, she added a large spoonful without checking. When I went to the register, I tried to express that there was too much pico on my bowl, but the employee there completely ignored my comment. I sat down to eat but found myself feeling more frustrated the longer I stayed. I got up, asked for a lid and a bag without saying much — planning to call later since I had to return to work. When I called the store shortly after and spoke with the manager, she was extremely dismissive, lacked professionalism, and ignored the concerns I was trying to express. I’ve always come to this location expecting decent service and a peaceful break during work, but today’s experience was unacceptable. Due to the poor service and the disrespectful way I was treated, I will no longer be returning to this location and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I had no idea we had a Qdoba in Yukon, OK! I was happy to try them out for lunch. I placed an UberEats order for pickup. I got a chicken queso bowl with some added veggies. Ordering wasn't too clear, as I thought the salsas I was picking would be on the side, but nope, they were all dumped into the bowl. It made for a juicy meal, so I had to drain some of it out. Ordering on the Qdoba website looks way more straightforward. I walked in after parking, and the inside was spacious and colorful. I asked for my order and took it home. It was tasty and I'd get it again!

It's like a subway, but for mexican food. It was good, I got just a regular taco salad. My son got a spicy chicken quesadilla.

TLDR- terrible food at this location, bad service, got food poisoning. This is the worst Qdoba I’ve ever been to. I love Qdoba and always go to one when I’m in the cities, being from rural Iowa this is usually when I am in Des Moines. Work brought me here to OK and I was excited to see that there was a Qdoba 10 minutes from my hotel. I always get the same exact thing, and order the same exact way at every Qdoba I have been to around the country. Steak quesadilla, double steak, with pico and corn. Typically when they ask what I want I say Steak quesadilla and wait for them to get the sheet out and start putting the steak on so they know I am doing a quesadilla and don’t press the tortilla. Then as they are doing the steak I ask for double depending on how much they have put on. Then at EVERY SINGLE OTHER location, they slide down to the side and ask if I want anything from it, usually gesturing with their hands over all of the salsas and I will say “pico and corn please”, they will add that and then do the cheese. At this location, the lady scoops the most pathetic scoop of steak onto my tortilla and before I can say anything turns around to the back, quickly throws a handful of cheese on it and tosses it onto the quesadilla press. Meanwhile I’m trying to get her attention and tell her I wanted more stuff and she ignores me and starts an online order. At that point I figured I would just deal with it. Sat down, and started eating. Steak is so overdone it is falling apart like a slow cooked brisket, with the most disgusting flavor I have ever had in a Qdoba restaurant. Tried to mask the flavor with the green chalula sauce that you have to ask for at the register, and guac and sour cream. Noticed the sour cream was more like sour milk, there was no cream, just milk like color and liquid. For reference, my receipt says 6:46PM on a Monday night… There was 2 people behind me when I placed my order, it was not busy. The quality is seriously lacking at this location, and I really hope I remember if I am ever back in this area because I don’t ever want to taste what I tasted here again. And remember, I LOVE Qdoba, just not this one. It’s now 7:35PM as I finish writing this, I made it back to my hotel room, and as I finish this my stomach is turning and I feel like I might have food poisoning… This is not me trying to get a free meal or anything, the meal was paid for by work, it’s already free, this is me trying to warn people.
