This location was so busy for the grand opening idk how they got through the line but wow is the food delicious. Staff was courteous on day one and I think that’s a good start. I’ll be looking out for their promos when I’m in the area 😋 I don’t really understand some of these bad reviews, it’s a brand new store working out the kinks and even with it being busy the food is bomb. I’m definitely going back soon!

Love this new place, I was there for the grand opening and it did not disappoint, quite busy if I may add but it was worth the wait. Food quality was high even with a line stretching out the door. Chips and queso beats chipotle any day of the week! It will be my regular spot!
I recently had the chance to try out the brand-new Qdoba location in Waldorf, Maryland, and overall, it was a great experience. As with most new openings, the team is still working through some growing pains, so the service was a bit slower than usual. However, the staff was friendly and patient, and you could tell they were doing their best to make sure each order was made fresh and correct. Once they find their rhythm, I’m confident things will move much more smoothly.
Now, let’s talk about the food — because that’s where this location really shines. Everything I ordered was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The burrito I had was packed with ingredients, and the portions were generous, just like what you’d expect from any well-established Qdoba. The rice was seasoned just right, the chicken was tender, and the toppings were fresh and colorful. It definitely lived up to the quality I’ve experienced at other Qdoba restaurants.
The restaurant itself is clean and modern, with plenty of seating options if you choose to dine in. Parking can feel a bit tight since it’s located in a busy shopping center, but it’s manageable — just something to be aware of during peak hours.
Overall, despite the small hiccups that come with a brand-new opening, my visit was absolutely worth it. The food more than made up for the short wait, and it’s clear this location has a lot of potential once the staff gets fully settled in. If you’re in the Waldorf area and craving a good burrito, bowl, or taco, I highly recommend stopping by the new Qdoba and treating yourself to a great meal.

I have been waiting for this Qdoba to open for like 2 1/2 weeks now… finally opens and the day after your grand opening you’re out of the taco shells.
The woman didn’t even seem like she knew what I was talking about when I asked her. Literally had to point out the picture, then she was like ooh, no no more. -_-
After I waited in line for over 10 minutes. I was heated. Like I really wanted that shell! That shell is the main reason I choose Qdoba over Chipotle.
Also, I’m like it day 2 of your grand opening and 3:40-4 clock, you close at 10 pm tonight! WHY are you out of the shells!? Disappointed.
Today was grand opening and we didnt know! We usually try to create an account and do mobile order and then pick up. Husband had to wait 30 minutes inside still to pick up order but now knowing it was the grand opening and them opening at 1 til 6 pm. That's actually okay.
After we had our order, Husband saw an FB post saying free meal today which makes sense why there were SO MANY PEOPLE. But considering we had 3 bowls plus 2 bags of chips with queso for 40? That was pretty good! As we already spend 35 for only 2 bowls at cava.
The food was good. It was flavorful and there was so much! The chips had a lime flavor to them that made it addictive. I liked the grilled steak. I liked the cilantro rice and the toppings. The only thing, is with the queso. I wish the peppers were blended instead of the big chunks of them for consistency. It tasted mostly like milk with a hint of white american cheese. Nonetheless, we like it and will definitely be back. Hopefully it'll be as consistent.
