The employee was unprofessional and rude, openly talking about customers to other staff members while others were placing their orders. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business.

I walked several hundred feet from there to here, because Chipotle hasn't had my favs. I walked into the one, literally, on my way home and instantly felt comfortable. First of all, the folks were INCREDIBLY nice and polite. I told them it was my first time and they were very accommodating. So much so, I came back several days later. Guess what! Impeccable service. Food was just as good, or BETTER, than Chipotle. The atmosphere made me feel so comfortable. Welcomed. I went back about a week later. For the same price, I get the same or more food. With just a few times I already have enough points for free stuff! More choices of food, drinks, and desserts. Not to mention, the tea tasted GREAT at 1800!! I go after work, and tea is my favorite. So awesome to have fresh tea. Plus, people who look and feel like me - accepting and polite! I will be going again.
