She was rushing through the process, ended up breaking my burrito, and then dumped it onto another wrap. Throughout this, she was speaking in another language to her coworker instead of focusing on customer service. The whole interaction felt rude, careless, and unprofessional. Honestly, someone providing service like this should not be working in customer-facing roles. I strongly urge management to look at who they hire.
