For over 50 dollars I expect better service and quality of food. Why is half my burrito in the bag wide open and cold. Missing sauces and second bag of chips with queso as well as the cheese crust not on my quesadilla. Worst experience at a restaurant I have ever had period.

Normally, we like visiting this location on Diebold Rd. Even though they are typically a bit slow, and sometimes a bit stingy with their ingredients, their food has always been pretty good.
Yesterday things went south. There were literally no cars in the parking lot, and no one standing at the counter being waited on, but we stood waiting to give our order for close to 10 minutes. One girl in an yellow shirt upfront was cutting meat or something, and a girl in the back wearing a black shirt (Probably the manager), kept coming out and doing various things then going back around the corner, out of view. This girl looked our way a few times, but barely acknowledged we were there. She came out of her hiding spot maybe two or three times, but didn’t offer to help us or even say anything- like we’ll be with you shortly. After standing there for close 7 or 8 minutes, a gentleman walks in holding his cell phone up to his face, and walk straight up to the pick up area and stood there for a minute or so when the girl in the yellow shirt that was cutting meat turned around and asked if she could help him. I couldn’t hear what he said, but they talked back-and-forth for a bit, then she walks to the prep area and starts putting on gloves. I said we have been standing here for a good little while, are you getting ready to make his food? She said “yeah….” That’s when my wife said that’s enough, if they’re going to take care of the guy who just walked in, whether he had placed an order online or whatever previously is not our problem, we’re done here. We left. Normally we spend about $30 pr more at this location when we eat here, but they lost the sale last night. I’m questioning whether or not we will ever return. That was just pathetic. We went to Chipotle who has a new store just up the road on DuPont, close to Leo Crossing. They were a bit busy, but working through their customers quickly. Take note of this Qdoba. There’s a reason they’re busy and you’re not. No customer should stand waiting to order for more than a minute or two, especially when you’re not busy, and most certainly should never take another Customer’s order ahead of those that have been standing there - even if they placed an online order, and you didn’t have it ready. That’s on you, not the customers that have been patiently waiting.
Do better!

Tonight my boyfriend and I went to this location and the young man behind the counter was stuck working alone. He kept calm, kind and respectful. Explained the situation and apologized but was very helpful and attentive. He luckily got some help right before we left. Nice kid and kept professional!
