The incompetent staff lost my ticket placed through the kiosk and it took over 30 minutes to receive my food. I get it. things like this happen, especially when busy. But when scenarios like this arise, you make things right with the customer. After my 30 minute wait, i was presented with a poorly wrapped, flavorless, dry, and shrimpish burrito that i had to rewrap myself, a $3 portion cup of queso that was 2/3 of the way full, and some under seasoned chips. Employees were rude, unaccommodating and completely disorganized. Trash experience. You’re better off leaving campus and driving 10 mins to the Chipotle in town center.
