I had a lot of questions about using the app and how to order and she was such a big help to me. Definitely recommend this Qdoba. Very clean restaurant as well.

I ordered food from uber eats and my first driver just cancelled my order so uber eats kept sending drivers and they kept cancelling as well so I called them to see what was going on and turns out my original driver took my food and literally went home lol. Jose was kind enough to make me a whole new bowl! And give it to a new driver making sure they would send it to me instead of having me on the phone w uber eats which would’ve taken about an hour since they’re literally no help, thank you so much qdoba team for doing what you could in a situation that wasn’t all your fault AT ALL! I appreciate it so much thank you thank you!

People are going to judge it because of its location near VCU but it has really fresh ingredients, really kind and generous staff, and it was clean! The woman working the line gave me two sauces on the side and it was so nice of her. I will definitely come back!
