- EEEllieOct 13, 20251.0I generally like Qdoba’s food, but the service at the location off of Abbott has been absolutely terrible every time I go in the evening. I was there last night at 8pm (they close at 10pm) and they were out of ingredients, and were closing up everything. They also acted angry or frustrated that we were ordering food as if we came in at 9:58pm. I asked for lettuce, which they ran out of, then she complained about having to grab it to put it on my burrito. The lady making our food also didn’t even wrap our burritos correctly so when we ate it, one bite in it fell apart and there were also holes from it being stretched so tight. I wouldn’t write a review if this was only one experience, but like I said, it’s every time that I go after 5pm, either my order is wrong, or the service is terrible or both. It’s gonna be awhile before I go again.

I also noticed that there was another family there who seemed uncomfortable as well. The employees were focused on their personal conversations, and it really affected the atmosphere. Additionally, my burrito wasn’t made properly. Overall, it was not a great experience, and I’m hesitant to return.
