This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered at a fast-casual restaurant. The service received from both the lady preparing the food and the individual at the register (who I believe may have been the manager) was consistently rude and unprofessional. The primary issue occurred while ordering a veggie bowl. The employee preparing the food struggled to comprehend my request for specific vegetables. Despite clearly and repeatedly stating that I did not want corn, she continued to ask if I wanted it, forcing a repetitive and frustrating exchange simply to complete a standard order. When the transaction moved to the register, the cashier—who was seemingly alerted to the confusion—was equally unpleasant and rude. Rather than attempting to de-escalate the situation or offer clarity, his demeanor only compounded the negative experience. The combination of impatience, lack of attention, and outright rudeness from multiple staff members, including a presumed management figure, is pathetic and wholly unacceptable. I strongly urge the store to address the service standards and staff training immediately. I cannot recommend this location based on the deplorable customer service provided.
