She’s so sweet to all her customers, always greeting them as they come in. She’s was checking in on her workers making sure they were all good or needed anything. I will make the drive for this location just for Ms. Krystal because that’s how amazing she is.

I went today and asked for queso in a medium cup Shay put it in a small cup. Because of this I asked for her to add queso to the bowl. The young lady who started the order said she wanted the queso in a medium cup. Shay then breathed loudly and said this is way more complicated than it needed to be. My first thought was to respond but my coworkers were with me. Very disappointed by the lack of professionalism.
