⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review I want to take a moment to highlight the excellent service I received from Farrah at QDOBA. From the moment I walked in, she treated me with tremendous respect and genuine kindness. She carried herself with professionalism while also making me feel valued as a customer. Farrah went above and beyond to make sure my order was right and that I had everything I needed. It wasn’t just about the food—it was the way she took the time to listen, smile, and show care that really stood out. In today’s world, that kind of service is rare, and it made my experience at QDOBA truly enjoyable. I deeply appreciate the respect and energy she brought, and I believe employees like Farrah are what make people want to come back again and again. QDOBA is lucky to have her on the team!

A solid breakfast burrito. Wanted to try the Einstein Bros Bagels location next door, but the line was close to a 30 minute wait. Needed to get back to my flight area soon, so I ditched my plan and grabbed an Egg, Cheese, and Potato breakfast burrito. Wasn't expecting much, but the burrito was actually really good. The egg was perfectly cooked, the cheese held it all together, and the potato added lots of volume. Yeah, it was less than $10, but I was quite satisfied thanks to my unlucky choice of prior breakfast local.

Very little portions and if we ask to add anything they were like it cost extra charge. Even there are no enough items are displayed at front compared to outside stores. Last time they tried to sold me expired brownie

I was left baffled when i ordered a burrito. I was asked if i wanted rice and beans and when i asked if the beans are included i was told yes, so i asked if i could substitute the beans for extra rice instead and i was told no and that would be an extra charge!?? Why? That makes zero sense to me.

This location is all about making the most profit by limiting the customer's options. I ordered 3 quesadillas, 2 just cheese and 1 with chicken. I asked to have the queso put on, like every other Qdoba does and they wouldn't. They put a small amount in a condiment cup. When we asked to get sides of sour cream to go with the quesadillas, we were told we couldn't because we got the queso. The cashier, whom I'm assuming was the manager, told us that queso costs more than the sour cream, so we would have to pay extra if we wanted both. Yet, the signs say free on all entrees. The chicken was overcooked and didn't taste fresh. The burrito and bowl we ordered were good. Also, I tried to order a kid's meal for my 11 year old son who was sitting in one of the few available seats, about 150 yards away. I was told he had to be present for me to order a kid's meal. The manager said it's the airport's rule and they must see him before I could place his order. Another "policy" that is just about increasing profit. As a family that loves Qdoba, but doesn't have a location within 45 minutes of our house, we were excited to see this location, only to be let down by the service we received. $75 later we were left with a bad taste in our mouths
